A Swedish massage typically targets the superficial layers of muscle and connective tissues using light to medium-pressure techniques such as long strokes, kneading, friction, and tapping to promote relaxation and improve circulation. Online Booking Notice: Please book at least 2 hours in advance through our online system. For appointment within 2 hours, please contact us directly via phone. Cash clients receive a $10 discount on any 60-minute or longer service.
